LINE PROCESS INCLUDES

We apply TPS (Toyota Production System) to our production line in order to reduce number of waste and continually increase the productivity and efficiency.

Our production concept is SMALL LOT – MANY ITEMS combines with KANBAN, JUST IN TIME and

7 TOOLS.

At present, Q.C. Parawood production has 9 plants. Even each plant has its own specification, yet we bind them up under HIGH FLOW PRODUCTION concept and together we control production with highest efficiency.
